Meet The Team

Kathleen Docherty - Bowman Rebecchi Office Manager

Kathleen is our Office Manager at Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Residential Letting and Estate Agency businesses.

Kathleen has previously worked for British Airways as well as Slater Hogg and Castle Estates, before joining Bowman Rebecchi following its acquisition of the latter in 2021.

A dedicated volunteer, Kathleen is a Cub Scout Leader for the 32nd Scouts in Greenock.

A fitness fanatic, Kathleen can often be found along the Inverclyde coast enjoying our beautiful waters.

Lorna Rebecchi - Rebecchi Architectural Office Manager

Lorna started her career working for IBM for 17 years. She then took a break to start a family and concentrate on that stage of her life and is now a Grandmother.

Having fulfilled that part, Lorna was approached by Marco in 2014 and given the opportunity to become part of Rebecchi Architectural, becoming involved in the administrative side of the business and being responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.

In her spare time, Lorna spends time with her friends and family in England as well as cooking and walking.

Paula Hepburn - Repairs and Inventory

Paula manages our repairs and inventories, usually being the first point of contact for both contractors, tenants and landlords when needing a repair, solving their issues with urgency and ensuring they are looked after.

Katy Stummer - Viewings and Inspections

Katy manages our inspections and viewings for our residential properties, supporting the business and our landlords by ensuring all the properties we manage are maintained by our tenants and meet our standard of upkeep and cleanliness.

Rhys Elliott - Marketing Executive

Rhys joined Bowman Rebecchi in 2021 initially as part of the UK Government’s Kickstart Scheme supporting our Letting’s software upgrade.

Rhys has since developed into a key component of the team, supporting a wide range of marketing activities across all business activities.

Currently studying towards his marketing apprenticeship, supported by Inverclyde Council, Rhys is a dedicated and talented member of the team.

John Mulholland - Architectural Technologist

Born locally in Inverclyde, John Mulholland went to St. Michaels primary and St. Stephens High before studying at the City of Glasgow College.

John supports the team with surveys, floorplans, and all things architectural.

After two years at College, John became a fully qualified Architectural Technologist in 2020. He now uses his qualifications and skills to provide a vast array of design and technical work within the wider company.

John spends his spare time with his fiancé and family and is a big movie buff.

Ryan Kelly - Part I Qualified Architectural Assistant

Having been interested in pursuing a career in architecture from a young age, Ryan is currently studying towards that goal at the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow.

Ryan took the opportunity to work as part of the team at Rebecchi Architectural which has allowed him to broaden his current skill set and knowledge within the field and provide his own personal approach to creative architectural design.

After working on a wide range of projects, Ryan has greatly enjoyed collaborating with clients, and producing quality drawings and 3D visualisations.

In his spare time, Ryan runs a successful YouTube channel with varied and entertaining content.

Tom Semple - Interior Architectural Assistant

Tom lives in Gourock and studied Interior Architecture at West College Scotland and graduated from this course with an A at the HND level in 2020.

During his final year at college, Tom took part in a course-wide competition for Keppie, in which he designed a studio for the well-known artist, Norman Edgar, and achieved 2nd place.

Since graduating, Tom has taken up freelance design and supports the business with a variety of design projects including kitchens and living areas.

Tom is passionate about creating a vision of what the interior of homes can look like with realistic renders which support the design process.

In his spare time, Tom likes to play football and nights out with friends.

Serena McGraddie - Architectural Assistant

Passionate about both Architectural and Interior Design, Serena finds it fulfilling being able to make clients’ dreams become a reality.

Thrilled to be part of the team, Serena is keen to expand her knowledge and experience with Rebecchi Architectural.

Serena graduated from West College Scotland in 2020 with an HND in Interior Architecture and design and has experience in passive house construction and sustainable design.

Serena is studying towards a degree in Architectural Technology.

In her spare time, Serena enjoys going on adventures with her daughter and spending time with family and friends.

Chelsy Learie - Intern

Chelsy has joined Bowman Rebecchi as part of an internship with Career Ready, with Andrew Bowman acting as her mentor.

Chelsy is eager to learn more about interior design and advertising as was born locally in Inverclyde and attended Newark Primary School.

Currently in S6 at Port Glasgow High School, Chelsy hopes to attend Glasgow University.

In her spare time, Chelsy is a dancer, having won Scottish and European Championships as well as spending 11 years with 1st Port Glasgow Girls Brigade, winning many awards and badges.

Chelsy is excited to spend 4 weeks at Bowman Rebecchi for her internship.

Rhys Morgan - Intern

Rhys has joined Bowman Rebecchi as an intern as part of the Career Ready programme, with office manager Kathleen Docherty acting as his mentor.

Career Ready is a four-week paid internship programme in which Rhys hopes to gather new experiences that he can take into his future career.

Rhys is set to graduate from Port Glasgow High School in Summer 2024 and is using this experience to support his options.

Rhys enjoys many projects including English and enjoys playing and watching football and spending time with his family and friends, and playing golf.

Rhys is excited about his internship and working at Bowman Rebecchi.

Andrew Bowman - Director

Andrew is a co-founder of Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the day-to-day operation of its Commercial business while supporting the Letting and Estate Agency arms.

A graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University, Andrew started his career at Zurich Insurance, growing to a strategic leadership role with Zurich Municipal in London, before becoming Head of Business Development at regeneration body, Riverside Inverclyde.

Andrew is a Trustee of the Inverclyde Community Fund and is a former Chair of the Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) West region and a previous Director of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce.​

Andrew lives in Greenock with his wife and three children.

Marco Rebecchi - Director

Marco is a co-founder of Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the business development of its commercial and residential arms.

In 2013, Marco established Rebecchi Architectural which has grown to be one of the most exciting architectural design practices in Scotland, delivering fresh, innovative, and engaging designs for a wide range of clients.

The business offers a full or partial design service, specialising in domestic projects but including commercial and industrial properties across the west of Scotland.

Marco started his career at renowned Greenock architectural firm, Canata and Seggie and spent over twenty years with the firm before setting up his own agency.

In Marco’s spare time, he is a Trustee of Ardgowan Hospice, a compassionate place of care for people living in Inverclyde who have been diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses.

Luna - Wellbeing Dog

Luna is our much-loved Cockapoo who supports the team on a day-to-day basis with her infectious energy and curiosity. Often seen roaming Kempock Street, Luna loves Peter Rabbit and chasing her tennis ball.
