Bowman Rebecchi is seeking a Site Manager to join its experienced and thriving team based in Gourock.
This exciting opportunity to join the Home of Property is to support our clients at Ashton Court in Gourock.
Enjoying a desirable main road location with off-street parking, Ashton Court is to be managed by Bowman Rebecchi from 1st August 2025, and sits proudly at the heart of Albert Road.
Developed in the early 1990s on the site of the former Ashton Church, Ashton Court is a well-maintained retirement development, offering a peaceful and secure living environment for older adults.
The complex comprises 23 flats, with both one and two-bedroom units, designed to cater to the needs of its residents who are primarily aged 55 and over.
The Site Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Ashton Court, with a focus on resident wellbeing, property standards, and cleanliness of communal areas.
The role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
The role is 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and will be based at Ashton Court, with support from the wider Bowman Rebecchi team.
