Rebecchi Architectural Welcomes New Trainee Technologist

L-R: Luca Rebecchi and Marco Rebecchi

Rebecchi Architectural is delighted to welcome Luca Rebecchi as its newest Trainee Architectural Technologist to its Gourock base.

The appointment reflects the firm’s ongoing commitment to nurturing local talent and supporting bold growth across Inverclyde and beyond.

Since its establishment in 2013, Rebecchi Architectural has expanded steadily, in a recent phase, the business increased staffing by 40% and relocated to a larger office on Kempock Street to accommodate rising demand for both residential and commercial projects across Scotland.

The practice now employs several Inverclyde-based team members and continues to expand its technical and design capabilities, while also supporting the growth of Bowman Rebecchi.

Luca joins a tradition of promising young professionals, following in the footsteps of recent recruits such as Ryan Kelly, Tom Semple and Serena McGraddie, each brought in to contribute to the firm’s creative and CAD-driven design work Rebecchi Architectural.

Luca completed his studies at Clydeview Academy in 2025 and has been working with the team on an ad-hoc basis before moving into his new full time role.

On joining the team, Luca said:

“I’m excited to join the business and I’m thankful to have the opportunity.

“The breadth of projects across Rebecchi Architectural and Bowman Rebecchi provides me with a great base to learn and develop my design skills.

“I look forward to working with the wider team who have all been very welcoming and supportive.”

In the role of Trainee Architectural Technologist, Luca will contribute to preparing technical design packages, liaising with engineers and builders, and supporting planning and building warrant submissions under the mentorship of senior colleagues, a role central to ensuring that designs are both imaginative and technically rigorous.

In welcoming Luca to the practice, founder Marco Rebecchi said:

“We are delighted to welcome Luca to the team following underlined the importance of investing in local talent and building a team capable of meeting growing project demands.

“Luca’s role will be integral to maintaining the high standards of service and technical excellence that clients have come to expect from Rebecchi Architectural.

“We warmly welcome Luca Rebecchi to the team and look forward to his contributions as Rebecchi Architectural continues to deliver creative, responsible, and technically sound architecture in Inverclyde and beyond.”

Rebecchi Architectural has built a strong portfolio since launching, successfully delivering over 900 home improvement projects and around 200 commercial developments across Scotland.
