New Tenant Secured For Rarely Available Bishopton Industrial Unit
Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to confirm a new tenant has been secured for this former agricultural storage building at Craigton Farm in Bishopton, which has been transformed into a light industrial unit, with specification including a roller shutter, internal office, kitchen area and external parking.
Robin House is located on the northeastern edge of the farm and comprises a single-storey building with a dual-pitched newly sheeted roof and linear footprint. The building is constructed from brick with corrugated sheet metal to the roof. The exterior walls are painted grey.
Following the successful Planning Application in 2022, the main external alteration associated with the development comprised the installation of a roller shutter door to the northeast gable elevation to enable a large store.
Externally, a small car park has been created for parking and manoeuvring space for vehicles.
