Inverclyde Market Update – August 2023

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for August 2023.

Inverclyde saw a lot of positive movement in August with new listings, sales agreed and available properties all showing increased activity from July.

The average time on market and number of price reductions decreased this month, a positive sign for the market.

August was the first month every figure displayed positive movement since we began tracking in December 2022, which could be due to the slump in activity seen in July.

£151,917 was the average price of Inverclyde houses on the market in August.
