Bowman Rebecchi has recorded a strong end of year result across both its sales and lettings divisions for the period January to October 2025, according to the latest Rightmove data.
Lettings Performance
The lettings team delivered standout results this quarter, achieving significant growth across several key areas, since June 2025:
• 34% growth in new listings, outperforming the market growth
• Our rentals receive 75% more detail views on Rightmove than the local average
• Gained a 19.7% market share YoY.

Sales Performance
Our sales team also saw fantastic progress, recording growth across all major metrics:
• 38% growth in new listings YoY
• 71% increase in sales agreed - one of the strongest YoY improvements locally
• 4.5 million Rightmove impressions and a 34.2% share of voice.
