The Gourock-based estate agency will pay the cost of a seller’s Home Report upfront, with the agreed fee becoming payable when the sale completes.

homeowners one less thing to worry about when planning their next move.
A Home Report is a key part of the Scottish property-selling process, and the new offer allows eligible sellers to proceed without having to meet the initial cost at the outset.
