After what has been an exceptionally busy year at Bowman Rebecchi, we are delighted to finally introduce the addition of several talented professionals who have joined our rapidly expanding team over the past year.

As our business continues to grow, these new faces bring fresh energy, skills, and experience to help us continue delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Karen Childs – Factoring Executive

Karen joined our team in Autumn 2024 following 27 years with local property factor Morison Walker. Bringing superb knowledge of properties across Inverclyde and extensive experience in property management, Karen is a fantastic addition to our growing property team.

Megan Doherty – Factoring Executive

Megan is our Factoring Executive at Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the ongoing operations of our growing Property Management and Factoring Businesses. Having previously worked for Morison Walker for more than 10 years, moving through different roles within the company, and gaining knowledge on all aspects of Property Factoring Business. We are delighted to welcome Megan with her experience and knowledge of properties throughout Inverclyde to the team.

Ania Karsznia – Factoring Administrator

Ania joined Bowman Rebecchi in January 2025 and provides dedicated support to our factoring team, ensuring smooth and efficient property management services. She brings excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic to her role, assisting clients with their property management needs.

Before joining Bowman Rebecchi, Ania worked as a Corporate Tax Assistant at KPMG in Glasgow, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced professional environment. After becoming a mum, she focused on her family while supporting her partner’s business with administrative tasks.

Cameron Docherty – Property Administrator

Cameron joins us with experience in customer service and administration bringing strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach to property management. She plays a key role in supporting our team and helping ensure a seamless service for clients.

Cara Murdoch – Marketing Executive

Cara joins Bowman Rebecchi’s marketing team with three years of industry experience and a First-Class Honours degree in Business and Marketing. Passionate about the digital landscape, creative storytelling, and helping brands connect with their audiences, she’s bringing fresh ideas to our team and continuing to develop her expertise within the property sector.

Amy Shields – Property Administrator

Amy comes to Bowman Rebecchi with 17 years of experience at Police Scotland offering exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Amy is now embracing a new challenge in the property sector, where her professionalism and organisational skills are already making a strong impact.

This continued growth highlights Bowman Rebecchi’s commitment to developing it’s people and delivering trusted property services throughout Inverclyde and beyond.
