Bowman Rebecchi and Murray & Henderson CA Strengthen Local Commitment with Gourock Office Purchases
Two of Inverclyde’s leading professional service firms have underlined their long-term commitment to the region with the joint purchase of offices at 32–36 Kempock Street, Gourock.
Bowman Rebecchi, the fast-growing property and asset management company, has acquired the first-floor offices, while accountancy firm Murray & Henderson Chartered Accountants has purchased the second floor of the prominent town centre building.
The investment marks a significant vote of confidence in Gourock’s continued growth and development, ensuring both businesses remain firmly rooted in the local area while preparing for future expansion.
Bowman Rebecchi first took occupancy of the building in 2021, leasing the first-floor offices as part of its expansion in Inverclyde, while Murray & Henderson Chartered Accountants began leasing the second floor in 2023.
Their decision to now purchase their respective premises reflects a natural progression and a deepened commitment to Gourock’s business community. The acquisitions provide long-term security, stability, and the freedom to invest further in their premises and teams.
Bowman Rebecchi plans to invest further in the refurbishment and modernisation of its office space, creating an enhanced working environment for staff and clients.
